New Wines in from Provence - Organic, naturally

Our love affair with the region of Correns continues and, for the Spring of 2007, we've brought in new wines that add a bit more variety and price points for that region.

Pesque Lune is an easy-drinking red Vin de Pays, which we've brought in as a good quality House wine. Being Merlot, it has soft tannins and is user-friendly.
Crois de Basson offers white & red options at £7.50, which are a little fruitier than their cousins, Aspras Tradition. The red is less tannic and not such an out-and-out food wine.
Le Vallon Sourn wines are class acts at £8.95, nourished with good use of oak barriques - giving them good weight and complexity. The red (03) has won bronze in Paris, a testimony to the talented young winemaker who learnt his trade in Burgundy.
