Vineyard & Terroir
Grown in alluvial soils rich in limestone, this vineyard produces small, concentrated berries, leading to wines with intense colour, vibrant acidity, and exceptional aging potential. The vineyard density of 7,000 plants per hectare contributes to the fruit’s complexity and depth.
Winemaking & Ageing
• Fermentation in barrel with a cold maceration of 5 days and total maceration of 26 days
• 40% whole bunch fermentation
• Aged for 15 months in 100-year-old French oak foudres
• 5 harvest passes over 1.5 months ensure perfect ripeness and complexity.
