Discover Langlois Crémant Brut Rosé NV, a refined French sparkling rosé wine crafted in the heart of the Loire Valley.
Sourced from the chalky-clay terroir of Montreuil Bellay and Puy Notre Dame, this elegant Crémant de Loire is made using 78% Cabernet Franc and 12% Pinot Noir grapes. The fruit is hand-harvested in small 25kg crates, then gently pressed using pneumatic methods to preserve purity and freshness.
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, Langlois Crémant Brut Rosé undergoes its secondary fermentation in bottle, following the traditional méthode champenoise. The wine then matures on its lees for a minimum of 18 months in 6km of historic freestone cellars, adding depth and complexity.
Tasting Notes
Enjoy a delicate pale pink hue with soft copper reflections. On the nose, you will find fresh notes of vine peach, underpinned by floral aromas and fine minerality. The palate is full-bodied yet fresh, with vibrant red fruit flavours and a clean, long finish.
Food Pairing Suggestions
This French sparkling rosé is perfect as an aperitif, or paired with light dishes like summer salads, seafood, or fresh red fruit desserts. It is a versatile sparkling wine ideal for celebrations, brunches, or casual get-togethers.
